Your metabolism is a window into your vitality. This test measures your oxygen consumption (Vo2) to calculate metabolic rate, metabolic flexibility, and VO2max—key indicators of cardiorespitory fitness and metabolic age. Whether you’re optimizing for longevity, weight loss, or performance, this test identifies how efficiently your body uses energy at rest and during exercise.

In this sessions we also measure your grip strength, as strength and VO2max are considered the leading markers of longevity.
